FleetYield is operated by MEK Staffing Solutions. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your FleetYield purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial subscription purchase. After the 30-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, although we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where required by law.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the funds to appear.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings inside FleetYield, or via the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Canceling does not by itself trigger a refund — request one separately using the steps above if applicable.
