FleetYield is operated by MEK Staffing Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

2. What we collect and why

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Account data — name, email address, and login credentials. Used to create and secure your account and to authenticate you. Legal basis: performance of contract.
• Fleet and trip data — vehicles, trips, expenses, mileage, and related notes you enter into FleetYield. Used to provide the core service. Legal basis: performance of contract.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser/device identifiers, pages viewed, and basic telemetry. Used for security, fraud prevention, and to improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support communications — messages you send to support and our responses. Used to provide customer support. Legal basis: legitimate interests and performance of contract.
• Billing data — handled directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We receive a limited set of order metadata (such as plan, status, and customer ID) to manage your subscription.

3. Who we share data with

• Service providers (subprocessors) — hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and analytics providers that help us run the service.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, invoicing, and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting advisers, where necessary.
• Authorities where we are required to disclose data by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect that data.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to request a portable copy. FleetYield uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use advertising cookies. Where we use analytics, we do so in a way designed to minimize personal data collection.

We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
